about the job

Reporting to the VP of HR, they are inviting a HR Director (APAC) to join their team. You will be heavily involved in strategic project management, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s structure and process. You will be actively business partnering senior stake holders and driving the team’s performance in all aspects of HR responsibilities. You will the subject matter expert, undertaking decision making responsibilities for the business, from a HR stand. You will be managing a team and actively participating in implementing best practices, working closely with COEs and shared services. To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly familiar and have in depth knowledge and understanding in the following subjects:

• Driving workforce planning initiatives
• Bridging leadership capabilities gap
• Regional HR transformation & change management

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should have prior experience in leading and managing a team and must be proficient in effective communication with both internal stakeholders. You will need to be able to handle ambiguous situations well and be highly adaptable to work at all levels.
