Reporting to the APAC HR Lead, you will manage end to end regional payroll processing across 11 countries. Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processes for APAC countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll data submission and processing, and managing payroll vendors
- Review payroll data and report, staying updated on legal regulations, and supporting process improvements
- Support HR and compensation and benefits operations, such as completing manpower surveys, preparing reports for audits, managing insurance plans, and handling year-end tax filings. Support HR cost budgets and finance cost recharges.
- Assisting with expatriate program management on tax filing and relocation processes

- Monday to Friday, hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
- Office location: CBD, Singapore
- Salary up to $7,900/month x 12, depending on work experience
- Headcount: 400-450
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related fields
- More than 5 years of experience in regional payroll management and processing
- Compensation and benefits experience is highly advantageous but not a requirement
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll functions, including tax reporting
- Experience with HRIS and MS Office, familiarity with ADP Streamline is a plus
- Able to manage multiple timelines, communicating across various levels within the organization, and maintaining confidentiality
- Self-motivated, adaptable to challenges, skilled in time management, and has strong analytical abilities, able to interpret and communicate data effectively
