about the job
- Lead new projects, new MEWP launch, or new SI/process implementation
- Support system warranty standby
- Set SMART goals related to employees and ensure their achievement through regular follow up
- Manage activity through monthly meetings, periodic individual interview or meeting, annual interview
- Carry out quality installation, Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to schedule
- Participate and manage the new product release process as required
- Be the warranty and OI/NI referent for the zone
- Initiate, identify and participate in internal processes re-engineering projects
- Make timely reporting of issues and problems
skills & experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 8 years of service experience in lifts / access / equipment / heavy machinery
- Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Customer-oriented mentality and excellent client servicing skills
- Willing to work travel to overseas for work assignment (APAC region - 40% of the time)
