Constantly innovating to meet the changing consumer needs and behaviours while expanding their global market share, they are now looking for a high calibre shared services centre manager to help drive the performance and maintain the quality for the APAC shared service centre (SSC)

about the job
Reporting to the Global SSC head, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and infrastructure of the shared service centre, to drive operational and financial performance targets. You will be motivating and leading the SSC to follow company strategy, to maintain service levels and to train to people in the shared service to prioritise and to deliver quality deliverables.

skills and experience required
You should ideally be Degree qualified or equivalent with at least 12 years of relevant experience gained from a consultancy firm or in a SSC. You are strong in project management and able to formulate trust, build rapport and communicate effectively with individuals of varied levels. You are familiar with how a shared service functions possesses the continuous improvement mindset.
