- Develop a Supply Planning strategy
- Establish and execute a best-in-class Supply and Inventory planning process
- Review, align and resolve Asia region inventory compliance
- Lead Order Fulfillment processes within Asia region
- Establish and flawlessly execute processes to deliver the successful introduction of New Products
- Lead third party management activities
- Drive a Productivity and improvement agenda in supply chain processes
- S&OP calls are hold with customers and BU/MU/CU to provide prompt status updates
- Led face to face meetings with customers and BU/CU/MU to define strategy for the market
skills & experience required
- Bachelors / Diploma qualification
- Min 15 years of supply chain experience in a F&B manufacturing / fragrance / Chemical environment
- Extensive experience in multi-market, multi-site supply chain
- Proficient in managing stakeholders (top & bottom)
- SAP user will be a plus
- Willing and able to travel (approx. 20% of the time APAC)
