about the job
Reporting to the APAC Talent Acquisition Lead , you will manage end to end recruitment activities including but not limited to:
- Full cycle recruitment for positions in the APAC region
- Actively engage talents to build a strong talent pipeline network
- Implement various hiring strategies to support the growth of teams within the region
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders for talent needs and scaling up teams
- Manage job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, reference and background checking, contract management for renewal or replacement, and other ad-hoc recruitment related matters
skills and experience required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong recruitment fundamentals
- Candidates with experience working within an agency / in-house roles will be considered
- Proven ability in managing hiring across all levels; experience in hiring for regional roles will be advantageous
- Entrepreneurial, data driven and a problem solver who is collaborative, with ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
