About the Job
Your responsibilities will include analyzing clinical profiles to identify customer needs and provide customized solutions using the company’s products. You will educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and biomedical staff on IGS systems, ensuring optimal use and efficiency. This role also involves setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting IGS systems, performing clinical demonstrations, and updating software.
In addition, you will attend trade shows, meetings, and mandatory training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and promote the company’s offerings. You will identify opportunities for system upgrades and collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop strategies for acquiring new business.
Skills and Experience Required
Ideally, the right applicants will possess the following:
- A background in biomedical engineering, medical physics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, application consulting, or training within a clinical environment, preferably with image-guided surgery systems or other medical devices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex clinical workflows and offer effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region (50-70%) to support customers and attend training sessions.
