Your responsibility includes:
Overseeing a collection of applications to ensure they align with business needs and conform to Group IT technical and architectural standards. This includes managing a team to improve, maintain, and operate the platform while ensuring its resiliency to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with an optimal combination of internal and external resources at a reasonable cost.
Planning, managing, and executing all program-related activities for a few major IT projects related to core platforms. This includes ensuring that delivery teams meet requirements for activities such as scoping, development, and testing, as well as planning, managing, and executing all testing phases and deploying both production and non-production environments.
Managing IT budget for CAPEX and OPEX
Working with cross-functional teams and vendors to analyze requirements, identify solutions, plan/lead enhancement and implement resolution
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in Service delivery management. Exposure to engagement of business stakeholders is required for this role.
