- Undertake application development and administer enterprise systems.
- Manage user support calls, conduct first and second level troubleshooting, diagnose application-related issues, and escalate to vendors for resolution.
- Participate in testing pre-release applications, as well as related software and tools.
- Contribute to implementation projects and offer post-implementation support.
- Plan and collaborate with vendors for project implementation, application testing, and support for application patches and upgrades.
skills and experience required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in application implementation and support. The ideal candidate should possess practical expertise in Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Automate, and SQL.
