Working with Technology to participate in system design, build, user acceptance test, troubleshooting and ensuring that risk user needs are being met in any implementation
Working with other upstream systems to create seamless end to end processes
Working with Change Request Committee to provide plan, status update, and documentation
Providing regular communication with teams on implementation activities
Investigating and resolving issues raised by risk management users

skills and experience required

6-9 years work experience in project implementations
SAS Programming and Datawarehouse experience
Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators
Responsible for production jobs and batch scheduling, monitoring and running
Plan and execute obsolescence/Infrastructure upgrade projects
Responsible for System Quality/ Reliability
Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization
Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing
Act as the focal point of contact for technical resolutions while managing the incident, problem and knowledge management processes for the applications in scope
Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues
Manage 3rd party product vendors and integration partners to ensure application code fix deliveries are timely and good quality
Work with business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the overall book of work in terms of problem remediation
Contribute to improvement initiatives relating to methods, tools, people, architecture, project management and governance
