My client is an MNC in the industrial sector and is looking to hire a HR & Admin Executive.

about the job

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will look after the HR matters for the Singapore office

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • recruitment - liaising with departmental managers on hiring needs, interview scheduling, job postings etc
  • staff induction and onboarding
  • payroll vendor management
  • training and development
  • assisting in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
  • reports generation
  • work pass applications
  • HR operational work as required
  • Admin duties such as ordering of stationery, office maintenance, handling travel bookings etc
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

skills and experience required

The ideal candidate will:

  • have a Bachelor Degree or Diploma, preferably in HR or other related fields
  • have at least 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
