about the job

This position is responsible for executive level secretarial support for Director level, other senior professionals and assist the Office Manager on general administration work on an ad-hoc basis. The core tasks include calendar management across multiple time zones, coordinating meetings, business travels planning, and expenses claims. In addition, this role will assist the team in bank account openings and other banking documentation support admin work.

This role will support a senior Head of Department as well as a very small team of investment professionals.

skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent should possess minimum 5 years of executive secretarial experience within a bank, asset management firm or investment due to the additional operations support work required on top of secretarial duties. You must possess solid communication skills both written and verbal, with a strong eye for details and is meticulous. You will also need to maintain confidentiality and work effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team.
