about the company

The company is an award-winning and fast growing life insurance MNC in this region. Due to robust business growth and expansion, they have recently shifted to a new big office in CBD area. This is a newly created permanent headcount as a result of the business expansion.

about the job

You will provide support for all aspects of office administration management including visitors management, mail management, ordering of office stationery and pantry supplies via the regular vendors, liaising with building management as and when needed, managing the outsourced office cleaners, organizing and coordinating internal company events if any, as well as supporting in business travel arrangements for the management team when required. In addition, you will have exposure to HR administrative tasks such as regulatory and government related claims processing and applications, on-boarding and off-boarding as well as benefits administration. You will also assist the company to bank in cheques once a day.

about the manager / team

This role reports to the Head of HR and you will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO. As there is no current Office Manager within the company, career progression opportunities will be possible for the right candidate with the right attitude. There is also work-life balance for this role.

skills & experience required

You should come with minimum 5 years of administrative experience within an MNC. The right incumbent must also be able to work independently and be an excellent executor in tasks. This role is well-suited for somebody who is hands-on and enjoys a varied job scope.
