With 10 years of presence in the market, my client has built up a strong branding for themselves. They are an e-commerce retail platform that provides a diverse range of products for their consumers. Due to business growth plans, they are now looking for a HR and Admin Manager to join the team.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HR and Admin Manager. You will be required to lead, direct and manage the day to day HR and Administrative matters for the Singapore office. You will provide oversight and guidance to the development and designing of policies and process related to Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Learning and Development. You would also be required to provide strategic insights and advices to the business stakeholders. You would also be required to provide administrative support to the other departments such as department coordination, office management, room reservations etc.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Head of Operations and manage a team of 2.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified from a with preferable qualifications in HRM/business related field and demonstrate at least 6 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines with excellent stakeholder management skills. You are also known for your strong forecasting and innovative ability. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who is driven and keen to make an impact in a fast pace and ever-changing environment.
