About the job
Your responsibility includes:
- Identifying potential IT talents (IT Digital, Data analytics, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Application, ERP, and etc) for clients
- Conducting candidate interviews, negotiating salary package and providing market information and recruitment advice
- Creating job advertisements, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks, offer management and etc.
- Participating in client meetings with HR or hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you should have proven track record in a Sales role. Clear communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders is required for this role.
Candidates with Bachelors Degree and CEI certification will be highly preferred
