about the company and role

Our client is a regional multi-disciplinary architectural consultancy with a steady pipeline of data centre projects. These projects are centred mostly in Singapore (both new build and Greenfield) with several peppered across the region as their clients request for their unique skillset. You will partner closely with your client and contractor, identifying key areas that may require attention. Reviewing the method statement, shop drawings and RFI, you will lead the design team on design and coordination issues. As the need for cloud computing keeps growing, the need for this skill set will continue to balloon.

to be successful, you would need to:

• Have delivered data centre projects in the past 5 years
• An overall understanding of engineering concepts for data centre projects
• Be familiar with TIA or Uptime Design Requirements for data centre and data hall planning.
• Have graduated with a recognized degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects in Singapore.
• Be familiar with Singapore building codes and regulations.
