• Oversee and coordinate all Architectural works at site
• Inspect and supervise the Architectural works with subcontractors, and deal with any issues that arise with Architectural suppliers or subcontractors on the job site
• Responsible for monitoring the overall site development to guarantee that the project team's and the subcontractors' architectural work complies with the defined standards
• Plan and coordinate the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating guides, and maintenance tools and equipment
• Provide guidance on all issues relating to architecture
• Ad-hoc duties

skills & experience required

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field
