- Business Development: You will continuously develop and promote the company's business in the SEA region. This includes implementing strategies to expand the company's market presence and reach.
- Key Account Management: Managing existing key accounts is crucial. You will work to maintain consistent revenue growth with these accounts and provide both sales and after-sales support as needed. This involves building strong relationships with key clients.
- Customer Support: Acting as the first point of contact for ad hoc customer inquiries and complaints. This requires excellent customer service skills to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
- Sales Territory Development: Developing the sales territory in line with the agreed annual sales budget and forecasting to ensure that budget and commercial margin targets are achieved.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by growing the customer's market share. This involves regular communication and understanding customer needs and preferences.

Skills and Experience Required:
- At least a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of B2B working experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the natural ingredients industry and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- The capacity to work in a team and contribute to the company's growth in the SEA region.
