about the job
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for AR activities including monthly closing and reconciliations, AR aging analysis and collections reports. You will liaise with the relevant stakeholders to follow up on monthly invoicing, receipts functions and outstanding invoices. Beyond AR responsibilities, you will also support GL activities, including monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, cashflow forecasting and audit management. You will continuously drive improvements to optimize processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
skills and experience required
You are ideally accounting qualified with at least 3 years of hands-on AR experiences gained from MNCs or shared service environments. You possess strong team players and are communicative, dynamic and adaptable to a fast paced and diverse environment. Hands-on experience with Oracle and Tagetik will be an advantage.
