Our client is a well established local organisation in the construction industry looking for an Assistant C&B Manager to support in the implementation of C&B projects.

about the job

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, your job scope includes:

- Support in total rewards/ C&B activities and projects such as salary benchmarking, job redesigning, job evaluation, reviewing of C&B framework and processes

- Support performance management and career development activities

- Work closely with HR colleagues to identify and improve current C&B processes

- Perform analysis using various tools and market information

- Implement C&B programs according to timeline

- Located at West/ North-west area

- This is a 2 year contract role, project based, and may convert or extend depending on business requirements

skills and experience required

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR/ C&B
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, analytical, able to work independently
  • Experience working in company with large headcount will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and working with large data/numbers
