Our client is a SGX listed conglomerate in the industrial space with wide presence across the region. They are located in the central with close access to MRT station. With a well established presence, they are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager to join the finance team.

about the job

As the Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager, you will be working in a finance team of 7 people. Reporting to the CFO, you will prepare group consolidation for Asia Pacific, budgeting and forecasting. You will be managing statutory finance matters and liaise with auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance to statutory requirements and Group policies. You will also prepare SGX announcements and will be responsible for treasury matters.

skills & experience required

You should ideally possess a degree in accountancy with at least 5 years of working experience in the accounting function in a dynamic MNC and/or big 4 audit firm. You have experience in financial reporting, budgeting and treasury. Excellent communication skills to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
