Well known logistic firm is seeking for an enthusiastic Assistant HR Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a perm role with a Fortune100 MNC rapidly expanding their operation team. The organization’s increased commitment to its employees and has raised a new role. They offer attractive package salary $7k max per month + attractive benefits.

About the job
This exciting role would require you to report to AVP HR Director. In this role, you will be covering a broad range of HR activities with primary focus on Talent Management, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits. The role will also require you to provide support in Learning & Development and Organisation Development as well as providing advice on HR best practices where necessary. In addition, you will be involve in talent review exercise and manage various talent pool programmes to build and grow talent pipeline across the company. Partner with business unit Talent Partners to manage post talent review processes and to close talent gaps identified during review sessions.

Skills & experience required
This is a hands-on manager role and will only suit those who are independent and committed workers. The right candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

To be successful you must:
