veloping and executing business plans with assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets and profits.
This role includes managing end-to-end key account projects and the operational needs of the various channels to expand : Local chain stores (Jin Tai, Prime, Hao MART, CK, Convenience Channels 7-11) Wholesalers, MT Retailers for OEM.
You will get to opportunities and gaps through understanding the channel and account dynamics, and deliver Sales Volume, Distribution, and In-store fundamentals.
This is a people management role.
Customer Relationship Management
1.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, Serve as the primary point of contact for the General trade accounts
2.Sales and Revenue Growth
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products, Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize account strategies.
3.Strategic Planning
Create account plans tailored to each customer’s specific needs, align client goals with company objectives to ensure mutual growth
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics) to support customer needs
4.Trade Spend Management
Maximize Trade investment returns and invest strategically to drive higher ROI. Process and submit the customers’ invoices timely. Monitor and control the expenses to meet budget guidelines
5.Negotiation and Contract Management
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with key accounts, ensure agreements are aligned with company policies and profitability targets, Handle contract renewals and amendments
6.Market and Competitor Analysis
Stay informed about market trends and competitors' activities, provide customers with insights and recommendations based on market analysis, adjust strategies in response to market dynamics and customer feedback
7.Product and Service Expertise
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, provide customers with product knowledge and training as needed, gather and relay customer feedback to the marketing team.
Requirements
At least 5 years sales working experience with a multi-national company within the FMCG Key account segment managing general trade customers
