about the job
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible to:-
- Manage and oversee the company's compensation & benefits programs regionally
- Review the company's compensation & benefits strategies, policies & guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implement annual compensation & benefits initiatives including global compensation & benefits practices, global mobility, salary and job level bench-marking, and the review of bonuses, promotions and overall employee welfare & benefits
- Work closely with the regional HR team on matters relating to compensation and benefits
- Analyse and review the company's salary structures and performance management framework to improve internal equity and ensure market competitiveness
- Drive and facilitate change management to support HR initiatives and organisational changes
- Support any ad-hoc regional HR initiatives
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in remuneration and benefits
- Proven ability in building relationships and managing stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Strong numerical and analytic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, driven and able to work independently, with strong work ethics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel would be advantageous
