Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible to
- Design and implement the Learning & Development framework and initiatives regionally, based on the needs of the organization and employees
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and leaders to conduct training needs analysis and develop an overall training and development curriculum
- Lead the design of talent development initiatives across regional offices to create a culture that empowers the talent capabilities of the organisation
- Review of staff skills and performance periodically
- Support the development of new joiners through onboarding, training and coaching
- Manage training budgets and assist in the preparation of training reports
- Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors for external training programs
- Carry out post training evaluation and make recommendations for improvement
- Implement strategies relating to workforce retention, promotion and succession planning
- Assist and participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Learning and Development, including talent management
- Experience in facilitating both virtual and in-person training programs would be advantageous
- Proven ability in building relationships and managing stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, driven and able to work independently, with strong work ethics
