As part of the Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for providing customized learning solutions for each specific client group and support the enhancements of the learning management systems
- Manage the institution’s Staff Sponsorship and Graduate Scholarship Schemes
- Assists to generate monthly and ad hoc reports on learning and development achievements
- Implement enhancements to the learning management system
- Facilitate overall technology-enhanced learning solutions
- Assist in reviewing and implementation of learning & development policies and budget management
- Assists in conducting learning needs analysis and implementation of learning & development plans
- Undertake administrative matters relating to local and overseas learning & development programmes
- Administer and maintain the ERP Learning and Travel Modules and address staff enquiries
- Coordinate in-house programmes relating to learning & development
- Analyze and evaluate competency gaps and look for suitable training programmes to address such gaps
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Assistant Director in Learning and Development, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of Sponsorship Schemes, generating statistical learning achievement reports, facilitating technology-enhanced learning solutions, managing training and travel operations, and be the steward of the mass learning policies and budget.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in HRIS (SAP) and knowledge on digital learning solutions such as learning systems, technology-enhanced learning would be an added advantage.
