about the job
The successful candidate will join the New Human Resource System Project Management. The role will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team to progressively deliver the multi-phase New HR System project globally. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring the project, and working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a successful outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, drive and coordinate project plan and deliveries with internal and external stakeholders
- Establish and manage detailed project plans, scope, milestones and deliverables
- Assess and manage project risks and mitigation plans
- Conduct cost-benefits / business needs analysis, and identify key business challenges and solutions
- Establish performance indicators, measure the achievement of desired business outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes
- Track, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholders
- Build and enhance professional relationships with all stakeholders, including vendors
skills and experience required
You will need to have min bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields. Other requirements are as follow:
- Min 3 years of experience as a IT project manager.
- Experience in stakeholder management is a must.
- Experience in end-end project delivery is a must.
- Experience in implementing SAP successfactors will be highly advantageous.
