about the client Our client, one of the world’s leading life insurance companies globally. about the job In this position as a Shield Claims Specialist, you will be expected to review, assess and approve of shield claims within service turnaround time. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Team Lead and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the output is accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirements. In order to be suitable for this position, the incumbent is expected to conduct the end to end of claims process, from claims investigations to assessing and to service recovery. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with human anatomy, general diseases and disease management
