- Provide sales support to the Cash Management team
- Maintain a high level of service standards for Corporate clients
- Attend to queries from internal and external customers
- Go on joint client visits with Relationship Managers to promote Cash Management products and services
- Sit in for weekly sales meetings to assist with the formulation of sales strategies, as well as review and track pricing, so as to increase share of wallet of customers
- Assist with AML/KYC matters
- Perform training to ensure that stakeholders are equipped with the relevant knowledge
skills and experience required
- Minimum Degree
- At least 5 years of Middle Office and Operations, Client Services, Implementation and/or relevant experience in Cash Management
- Good knowledge of Cash Management products and services
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
