My client is a leading insurance firm that provides a wide range of insurance products to primarily B2C clients. They are looking to hire an Assistant Manager or Manager to join their marketing team to support business objectives and to manage omnichannel content creation, design and management (print and online) among other marketing related activities.
about the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, You will be primarily responsible marketing across content creation, events and campaigns supporting their life insurance business. This includes the production and management of print and digital content, upkeep of websites, social media management as well as other marketing related activities in support of marketing objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in support of distribution channels and participate in events. Key responsibilities include:
... - Production and management of content/design for digital and print platforms
- Management and liaison of agencies to create strategic content for engagement
- Use of marketing tools such as Adobe Experience Manager and Google Analytics to measure effectiveness of content
- Management of events and campaigns
- Assist in ad hoc tasks/projects
- Handle social media accounts, including backend processes utilizing social media listening tools.
skills and experience required
- Degree or diploma in marketing or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in B2C marketing in digital content creation, editing, and social media marketing
- Experience in multimedia content production, including graphic design for online and print media, as well as social media marketing
- Experience with marketing tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Google Analytics, social media listening tools
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Prior experience in the financial services / life insurance space
- Strong entrepreneurial desire & solution driven approach to business conversations, with strong communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to think, plan and execute through self-motivation and independence navigating in a fluid and ambiguous situations and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in an organised way
