about the job
You will need to assist the Office Manager in administration / confidential work and help to coordinate tenancy agreement renewal, office insurance, season carpark, newspaper subscriptions, et cetera, as well as liaise with building management on issues relating to office unit. In addition, you are responsible for vendors management and need to be resourceful in problem solving and alternative solutions if the core vendor is unable to fulfill requirements up to expectations. You will be providing general administrative support to the Analysts and Associates, including expense claims and travel arrangements, and will also have to act as interim secretarial support for new joiners till permanent EA is appointed. You will help to process invoices due for payments via Concur system (covering accounts admin) and help to cover reception duties such as greeting and welcoming visitors, and offering them beverages while managing the meeting rooms.

This role reports to the Office Manager. There are also is also an accounts-administrator in the same team that you will supervise and work alongside with.
skills & Requirements for the job
To succeed in this role, you should be tertiary educated with minimum 5 years of experience in administration and operation functions, preferably in finance industry or related industry regulated by MAS.
