about the company

This insurance client of ours is one of the providers in Singapore to provide life, health and general insurance products. With increased business growth and internal demand, they are now looking for an experienced candidate to join their risk and governance team.

about the job

Reporting to the team head, you will be assisting with the day-to-day responsibilities for their operational risk management activities including

  • Monitor the key risk indicators for the insurance business
  • Provide risk trainings to relevant stakeholders to enhance risk awareness
  • Participate in ad-hoc risk management projects and improvement initiatives
  • Prepare reports and information for the management team
  • Work directly with business heads to identify risk and controls

skills and experience required

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in financial services or insurance industry, preferably with experience in audit or operational risk. A strong team player and good communication skills will be required.
