- Establish and maintain the Company Emergency Response Team for the property.
- Ensure compliance with Head Lease agreements (where applicable), regulatory requirements, and timely renewal of all regulatory licenses.
- Plan and execute Property AEI (Asset Enhancement Initiative) and A&A (Addition & Alteration) works.
- Supervise term contractors and consultants working on the properties.
- Manage tenant relations, including move-ins and move-outs, defect resolution, supervising tenant fit-out projects, and enforcing lease terms.
skills and experience required
- Preferably candidates with at least 3 years of property management experience in industrial buildings.
