about the job

In view of an expansion, the corporate banking team is looking for an Assistant RM to:

• Work closely with a team of senior RMs to grow and maintain the corporate portfolio in the bank.
• Assist to structure plain vanilla and structured solutions by crafting credit facilities and other banking products.
• Oversee the end to end credit application and credit approval process
• Cross-sell other product capabilities in the bank, such as bonds, derivatives, and loan syndications.
• Manage the KYC and AML process and ensure it meets the bank’s and regulator’s requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (eg: credit approvers, credit admin team, etc) to ensure a smooth deal process

Working closely with a small team of senior bankers who bring a wealth of experience and corporate network gained from established institutions, you will get the opportunity to be part of a growing front office team with a growth strategy.

skills & experience required

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or comparable
• 1+ years of related corporate banking and/or commercial banking experience
• Proficient in credit analysis and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
