As a Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be expected to provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers and responding to all client's enquiries. In this position, you will also be required to maintain client's data, conduct KYC, status of credit reviews/renewals, etc.
Additionally, you will also be handling administrative duties include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials.
The ideal incumbent should be someone who is willing to go the extra mile and highly independent. This role will be suitable for someone who has strong willingness to learn and complete all task given and provide help/support to other team members and clients.
skills and experience required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Private Banking
- Task focused individual and highly independent
- Possess CACS Paper 1 and Paper 2 is mandatory
- Strong communication skills and willing to learn attitude
