about the job

You will be part of a high growth team as an Assistant Relationship Manager - with key focus in providing support Private Banker/s and being the key liaison point for client queries. As the clients are largely from the SEA segment, the successful candidate should ideally have relevant experiences in this area. The team is open to training ARMs / CAAs who have relevant experience in another market, who are keen to explore a new market segment. Other key responsibilities include:

  • client support in trade execution, onboarding, addressing client queries etc
  • documentation support as required by the business / clients, ensuring that it adheres to standard regulations and internal policies
  • address key client queries and resolve them in an expedited manner
  • promote sustained client retention, revenue growth and referral generation
  • front to back management of client account opening and KYC processes
  • coordinate with client and various stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve aligned objectives

skills​ ​and​ ​experience​ ​required

  • bachelor’s degree in any field
  • at least 2 years of experience in an ARM role within the private banking space
  • attained certifications CACS 1 and 2
  • meticulous individual with an excellent eye for detail, a team player
