about the client

Our client is a force to be reckoned with in their trade! You will be part of a successful global fashion lifestyle conglomerate that has a very loyal consumer base. Due to expansion plans, they are looking for an astute Assistant Retail Operations Manager to drive and manage their Singapore team.

about the role

Reporting to the Regional Retail Director, you will be driving the daily operations for their retail stores in Singapore. Running a tight ship, you will be responsible for making sure that all stores under your leadership are propelled to the best standards. Numbers inclined, you will be able to forecast sales figures and inventory requirements accurately for each location.

skills & experience required

To be successful for this role, you will have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Ideally, you will be degree qualified in retail management or any related field. A coaching leader, you will come with excellent communication skills, am highly organized and known to go above and beyond to achieve results. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be beneficial for this role.
