As the Assistant Sales Manager of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Revise and execute sales tactics for current and potential clientele to efficiently market the company's products to relevant medical professionals and hospital staff.
Create actionable strategies by examining sales data and reports, and recognizing the specific demands of individual accounts to aid the organization in meeting its yearly sales objectives.
Address customer requirements and feedback concerning products and services by devising innovative and practical solutions, or collaborating with other functional departments to formulate optimal resolutions.
Recognize, establish, and endorse superior practices to enhance sales performance.
Work closely with healthcare professionals and maintain good relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be working closely with the sales teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 5 years of working sales experience within the medical device business. Candidates with ultrasound, CT or MRI experience preferred.
