Our client is one of the leading players in the sportswear retail space. They continue to grow despite the pandemic. With the anticipated expansion, they are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team.

about the job

  • leading a team to ensure smooth day to day operations within your department
  • conducting training to the sales team and monitor the performance of the team
  • participate in clienteling and customer relationship management
  • ensuring visual merchandising is set according to the brand guideline and able to increase revenue
  • take ownership to set and keep track of sales target
  • grow market share within your space by promoting online and offline channel to customer

skills and experience required

  • at least 3 years of relevant experience in handling day to day retail operations
  • past track record working with sportswear fashion
  • strong leadership skills and entrepreneur mindset
  • able to work on retail shift hour
