Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, this position collaborates closely with diverse stakeholders to offer elevated operational assistance in the formulation and implementation of the group’s Healthcare strategic plan for the growth and administration of the organization's array of hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Asia
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management, supplemented by a nursing or relevant medical qualification. With a minimum of 10 years' experience in acute hospital settings, the candidate should bring expertise to the role.
The candidate should have experience at the healthcare unit manager or department level, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of hospital operations. International exposure and familiarity with Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation are considered advantageous.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in report writing and data analysis, are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills further complement the candidate's qualifications. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to travel frequently and maintain a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the position.
