about the job
We are currently looking to hire an Assistant Vice-President, B2B Marketing to join the dynamic marketing team! You will be primarily responsible for implementing marketing plans for the commercial clusters and will lead a team to ensure all marketing plans are being implemented.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and oversee the team's implementation of offline and online marketing campaigns, as well as leasing promotions, to raise awareness and boost conversions among prospective decision-makers.
- Identify and implement marketing opportunities through events, seminars, and trade shows.
- Develop and implement new customer acquisition, retention and traffic-driving campaigns across all channels.
- Analyze and conduct market research to find trends, opportunities, and dangers in the workspace industry.
- Make use of data-driven insights to guide marketing plans and maintain market competitiveness.
- Keep track of and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making sure they are in line with KPIs and corporate objectives.
- Work with the management and stakeholders to evaluate the success of marketing tactics and set reasonable goals.
- Oversee the marketing budget and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Oversee the processes and ensure they are all streamlined to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 10 year of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a people-management role
- Real estate experience would be highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
