Our client is a leading highly reputable brewery in Singapore. With businesses in almost 20 countries in the Asia Pacific region, this company is now on a look out for a highly reliable and competent Assistant/Technical Manager to lead their draught team.
What you will be here for
- Lead the draught team to carry out efficient installation, maintenance, replacement & sanitation control of our draught dispense systems in draught outlets
- Ensure high standards and smooth running by our outsourced servicing contractor teams at outlets
- Conduct monthly meetings with contractors to ensure necessary information, feedbacks are translated accordingly.
- Training of department staff and contractors’ skills when required
- Provide support to other Supply Chain business units (such as Quality, Packaging (Keg) and Customer services and Logistics)
- Perform Supplier Management, ensuring best quotes for projects installation needs, procurement of spare parts for day-to-day and major event operations.
- Ensure Technical Complaint Standby Services are effective & timely carried out when attending to outlets.
- Manage and conduct product (Beer) quality complaints.
- Enforce and maintain top customer service to all draught outlets/customers.
- Source & develop innovative equipment for draught dispensing & chilling equipment.
- Ensure department overhead & capital expenses are kept within budget.
What you will need
- Degree/diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing technical support to the F&B sector is ideal
- Candidates with knowledge/experience in air-conditioning & refrigeration systems are highly desirable, if they don’t have direct experience in the F&D industry
- Technical qualification specializing in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Systems will be an added advantage
- Able to understand electrical wiring circuit diagrams
- Experienced in handling customers & working with different stakeholders
