about the company

The company is a leading and prestigious listed investment firm with a global presence and a strong foothold in Singapore. There is low attrition rate across the business due to it's stability, excellent employment benefits and career progression opportunities. This role is a newly-created vacancy due to a workplace transformation project that will span a few years.

about the job

This person needs to act as a workplace champion and run the workplace transformation project which will take minimum 2 years to come to fruition. In the meantime, you will collate all ground-level employees’ feedbacks and requests about the workspace and communicate accordingly to senior management. You will also work with the HR department on employee engagement to get existing employees informed and excited about the workspace transformation project updates. In addition, you will also be responsible for the overall office administration function of the organisation. You will work closely with multiple vendors to oversee facilities, mailroom and reception teams.

about the manager / team

This role reports to a Director and there will be a significant number of general office admin support staff reporting to you.

skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent must be tertiary-educated and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You must have minimum 10 years of office administration experience with a track record managing a team, handling office move/renovation and being personally enthused and capable of this workplace transformation project.
