about the job

Under the mentorship of a Principal Consultant, you will be supporting Consultant in the resourcing of candidates within the risk and governance functions. This role will help you to develop a strong understanding of the risk management and compliance functions and be a true specialist to serve our candidates and clients well.

We have proven track records of developing our Associate Consultant to become a great full fledged Consultant, highly recognized by our clients and candidates.

Your day to day responsibilities will includes :

  • Writeup and post jobs advertisement across different job boards
  • Conduct phone screen to assess candidate's suitability
  • Coordinate and arrange candidate's interview
  • Assess motivational factors and assess individucal career aspiration goal, culture fit and organization fit
  • Prepare candidate interview and follow up feedback
  • Present market information during client's meeting .

  • Degree in Business or Human Resource
  • Strong interest in the Banking & FS sector
  • Prior experience in Sales
