about the team

You will be part of the Operations team where you will perform pre-transaction surveillance and filtering.

about the role

  • Responsible for day-to-day review and closure of hits in the Transaction Filtering System
  • Escalate when there is a potential and/or true hit
  • Responsible for the administration of the Watchlist
  • Handling of exceptions
  • Maintaining, testing and documenting the Transaction Filtering System
  • Work closely with stakeholders from other Business Units i.e. Compliance, Front Office

skills & experience required

  • At least 4 years of Pre-Transaction Filtering/Surveillance experience within the Banking industry
  • Private Banking experience is a plus
  • Meticulous and analytical
  • Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
