about the role
- Review loan and security documentation to ensure compliance with credit approvals
- Prepare standard and customised facility documentation for corporate borrowers
- Co-ordinate the Bank’s communications with facility agent, arranger, the Bank’s external lawyers and/or clients for loan transactions
- Monitor satisfaction of conditions precedent or review the Bank’s external lawyers’ confirmation that conditions precedent are satisfied; ensure all conditions precedent are met before disbursement or facility activation
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents receive, and lodging documents for internal safekeeping thereafter
- Escalate any document-related deficiencies
- Attend to queries from Front Office
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
skills and experience required
- Minimum Degree
- At least 3 years of Credit Admin/Documentation experience in the Corporate Banking industry
- Familiarity with APLMA/LMA facility agreements
- Organised and meticulous
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
