• Take Ownership and Management of small to medium sized new store projects, enhancements, fixture drops
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting customers’ objectives
• Actively seek and reach out to key Stakeholders to conduct market research, gather feedback and analyse the data
• Conclude budgetary close-out of projects within acceptable time-frames (90 Days)
• Negotiate with each vendor/contractor to meet financial goals
• Develop critical path and timeline for each project with Microsoft Project
• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets
• Execution and follow-up on all construction/manufacturing warranties

skills & experience required

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years of project management as engineer or lead
• Experience / Interest with retail construction and fit-out management (retail projects/store opening)
• Demonstrate strong business planning, timeline management, multi-tasking
• Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management software
• Able to travel to overseas for work assignment will be a plus (SEA & ANZ)
• Able to commence immediately or within short notice period
