- Take Ownership and Management of small to medium sized new store projects, enhancements, fixture drops
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting customers’ objectives
- Actively seek and reach out to key Stakeholders to conduct market research, gather feedback and analyse the data
- Conclude budgetary close-out of projects within acceptable time-frames (90 Days)
- Negotiate with each vendor/contractor to meet financial goals
- Develop critical path and timeline for each project with Microsoft Project
- Forecast, track, and manage project budgets
- Execution and follow-up on all construction/manufacturing warranties
skills & experience required
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years of project management as engineer or lead
- Experience / Interest with retail construction and fit-out management (retail projects/store opening)
- Demonstrate strong business planning, timeline management, multi-tasking
- Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management software
- Able to travel to overseas for work assignment will be a plus (SEA & ANZ)
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice period
