Our client is a global leader in providing certification, inspection, and test services for companies across sectors. With an extensive network across ASEAN, this company now has exciting opportunities for a Carbon & Energy Auditor to join their team.
What you will be here for
- Conduct energy audits and carbon emission verification in accordance with the requirements of the project, certification body & accreditation body.
- Assigned to conduct verifications or audits for areas such as Carbon Offsetting schemes, greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions, Carbon tax verification etc. depending on suitability
- Ensure timely completion of audit or verification and submission of reports.
- Support the development of new products & services in the area of Environment and Sustainability
- Be involved in periodical technical exchange to improve audit and verification process
What you will need
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree/diploma in Chemical/Electrical/Environmental Engineering
- Has strong interest in verification work specifically for GHG (greenhouse gases)
- Ideally have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the downstream oil and gas/bulk and specialty chemicals/semiconductor industry
- Auditing experience in Quality, Environmental and Energy Management Systems preferred.
- Candidates with qualification in Singapore Certified Energy Manager or UN Clean Development Mechanism will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in ISO14065 is highly desirable
