Our client is a successful and growing e-commerce grocery marketplace. With ongoing success both within Singapore and regionally, they are looking for a talented Automation Specialist to take on a newly created role.


about the job

As the Automation Specialist (Warehouse Automation / ASRS), you will be responsible to:

  • Oversee Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) equipment & control systems
  • Ensure 24/7 uninterrupted operations & conduct preventive, corrective maintenance
  • Liaise with vendors to perform repair and troubleshooting on automation systems
  • Propose modifications to equipment to improve quality and increase efficiency


skills and experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Min Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 1 year experience working with Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) in Automated Logistics or Warehouse / Production / Packaging industry
  • Knowledge of automation equipment, software or other systems i.e. WMS, ERP, etc.
  • Knowledge of Dematic or Manhattan systems will be an added advantage
  • Candidates with prior experience in Ecommerce operations will be a plus
