about the job

In this B2C role, you will function as an educational counsellor by providing career advice and communicating the value proposition of courses offered to potential learners, establishing trust and rapport by tailoring their selection of courses to catalyse their careers. You are expected to be consistent in achieving and exceeding your monthly enrolment targets by developing and implementing sales activity plans and maintaining an excellent relationship with warm clients. You will also be required to communicate and engage new applicants via outbound calls and live chat, building a consistent and strong pipeline of enrolments. In order to maintain the student community, you will be responsible to organise activities and host weekly online seminars.

You will work closely with the Sales Lead in Singapore, alongside a team of sales consultants.

skills and experience required

You will have at least 2 years of experience in a B2C sales function, preferably in the training and education sector. The ideal candidate should also have a proven track record of being able to work in a high-functioning sales environment and have strong planning and follow-through capabilities. To excel in this role, you should have a strong drive to meet and exceed your sales targets and have great interpersonal and presentation skills to build rapport with your clients. Being exceptionally organised and meticulous, as well as the ability to multitask, will also contribute to your success in this role.
